Efficient Lab ('we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the Pure Restore desktop application (macOS and Windows) and its command-line interface (CLI).

100% Local Processing & Data Privacy

Pure Restore is a 100% local application. All audio restoration, denoising, and deep learning model inference (AI neural networks) run entirely on your local machine.
Your source audio files, restored outputs, and temporary processing data are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your audio content.

Store In-App Purchases and Payments

All purchasing and subscription transactions are handled directly by the system app stores: Mac App Store (Apple StoreKit) for macOS, and Microsoft Store for Windows.
We do not collect or store your credit card information, billing address, or payment details. All payment data is collected and processed by Apple or Microsoft in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Local Configurations & Sandbox Access

Pure Restore stores configuration settings, local usage quotas, recently processed paths, and CLI authorized folders locally on your device.
This data remains strictly on your local storage. The CLI mode is restricted to read and write only within the folder paths you explicitly authorized in the GUI to ensure sandbox security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date at the top.
