It first shows the real state for free — which files live only in the cloud, which cannot be read, and whether your disk can hold them. Then it downloads cloud-only files, copies everything to the location you choose, checks each file one by one, points Desktop, Documents, and Pictures back to this PC, and walks you through Microsoft's official disconnect steps. It never deletes your source data, and it finishes only with a report that reads "N / N files verified. 0 missing."

A read-only check of your personal OneDrive: which files are cloud-only placeholders, which cannot be read, which have path issues (junctions, over-length paths, name conflicts), and whether you have enough disk space. The plain-language result can be exported — just looking, nothing changes.
One guided flow: build an exit plan, download cloud-only files to this PC, and copy them to the location you choose — a local drive, an external disk, or a NAS — keeping content, folder structure, and timestamps.
After the move, every file is checked locally — inventory of counts, paths, and sizes, plus SHA-256 integrity verification. The result is a ledger, not a green checkmark: "N / N files verified. 0 missing."
Points Desktop, Documents, and Pictures back to this PC (or a folder you choose) through Windows' official known-folder mechanism. The mapping is snapshotted before and after, and can be rolled back with confirmation.
